Well here’s the deal: It’s been an extremely slow week releases-wise, nothing much happening that i’m particularly anxious to wax about here so i’m just gonna STFU and take a fucking break to resume regular operation next weekend which already looks way more promising, okay?
As a worthy substitute you might wanna check out and consider supporting (or, quite seriously, bartering with) Evan Minsker’s brilliant new-ish blog/newsletter SeeSaw, a rare and excellent new voice in the otherwise pretty decimated punk blogosphere. You might remember the dude from old Pitchfork days and in particular the long-defunct garage punk column Shake Appeal, to which SeeSaw is kind of a successor.
